This is a great product.I live in a rural area and have been on 4G SIM with antenna into Mifi for a couple of years but COVID introduced home working and video conferencing.... zoom amd teams demands more bandwidth and I have been losing video and audio regularly on business calls.This has delivered and I have yet to correctly directionally align. I have had the first comms issue free week in 5 months.The onboard router has taken out the cable latency from the antenna and I haven't yet directionally aligned dish to signal so there is more to come.Take care with SIM insertion, the only downside for me, it isn't a good design, not precise and difficult to get out. I had to retrieve from the roof to reinsert so make sure you test before you put it up!
